Range Training

Featured Replies

Ok, so i'm level 54 range and I want at least level 70. I've got full void.

Where should I train?

Edit: I've got about 5k iron knives in my bank, will this be enough?

really, any low level monster, or an ogre or giant for the high hp/level ratio...

  • Author

yes but aren't there specific monsters with very good hp/level ratio's or slightly better drops than other monsters?

yeah, any giant or ogre type thing....look it up on the bestiary on tip.it...

Ogres at the training camp northwest of Ardougne are popular with low level rangers. You can walk into the cage to gather your ammo and drops. You can also try killing moss giants for their seed drops, and at higher levels, fire giants in the waterfall dungeon. Both monsters areas feature safespots.

^^ This is what I did until 62 or so, when I found yaks (requires starting Fremmy Isles). Yaks seemed to be faster experience, though the Ogres drop seeds sometimes.
