A dragon hatchet is I think 70k xp per hour and with a rune hatched its 60k xp per hour. This is just my personal opinion here but it's not worth chopping trees unless you have the Inferno Adze to help reduce the amount of times you need to drop and gain a little firemaking exp besides. Willows are terrible. Also, Adze doesn't do anything special at ivies, so it doesn't matter here.
