I am just starting out on making graphics (abstracts for siggys and stuff) so I was wondering which graphics program (which is free) I should download, preferrably I would like it to be user-friendly because I am not very experienced.

You could either go for a trial version of Photoshop or for the Gimp.

 

 

 

Photoshop has an easier interface to me, but expires in 30 days i think.

Okay ty, but then will i be able to make abstracts and my own textures with GIMP?

where can you download gimp and what is it for? is gimp like ps and psp or is it a pixeling or 3D-rendering program?

Don't lie :roll:, just say you got PS 7. There's probably like 5 people here who actually own it (including myself), everyone else just downloads.

Why would he download or buy PS 7 when theres CS1 and CS2...

I just don't beleive him because who would buy a Program so outdated these days. I mean try going to DevArt and getting the best brushes you can get real fast with PS7. Everything is CS made these days, I actually bought CS hehe. Schooly Version

You can still buy PS7, you'd probably actually want to. It's much cheaper than CS2 or even CS.

Lol don't worry I didn't acquire it by illegal means. My dad bought it for his work, so he let me use it as well.
