Need help for 99fm

Im currently 94, and want to get 99. I will be doing maples(I got enough logs in bank for 99). A friend of mine told me something abt fm: I can try using varrock tele, tele to varrock centre, and start fming, so after I finish each round, I will be in bank. So I don't need to run for a distance to bank every trip. Since I won't be doing the backward trick as it requires too much concentration and ge is a bit lag for my computer.

 

So my question is: Does that method worth trying? How many xp/h different?

 

PS: I don't spending an extra 1.3m on var tab, if it does help me getting 99 faster.

Its easy enough to fm in edge and when you finish one click the bank get logs and repeat. Thats what i do.

I think the location doesn't have to matter, as long you're within screen rotation of a bank booth, and that you have adequate tiles (floor-space) to light your logs, you should be fine.

I've never heard of this before... I have the following thoughts, though:

 

The tele spot is someone random, though always in a general proximity. You'd either need to do some running to get to where you want to start, anyway (making it not so worth it), or--if you're good at lighting fires and switching lines and don't care about making extra clicks to do continuous firemaking that isn't in a straight line, you could do that.

 

Looking at the options and--yes--the cost, I can't see myself actually wanting to do either of these methods. Maybe you will, though, and more power to you.

:thumbup: I did this for most of my levels from 75 all the way to 99. Buying teletabs will get quite expensive, because you are going to be doing so many inventories of logs. Edgeville was my favoite spot, another good spot is north of Varrock big bank (instead of south). You are still within clicking distance of the bank when you are starting or when you finish your line of fires.
