Loffelicious
My melee stats are lower than yours, so I just used guthans, and it kept me up.. You should be fine with a healing familiar and regular slayer gear. Bring some pots and a few pieces of food and you should be fine. They arent that hard :) Hope it helped. Good luck! Perakp
Use slayer ring to teleport there. You can't cannon them. Take best melee gear and super setsBunyip + food or unicorn It's multicombat but it is pretty easy to hug the dogs so only one of them attacks you at once. They hit fairly much (less than waterfiends, more than nechryaels I think)They are large so you may use dragon hally special. They drop a few charms but nothing else worth much. You should be able to do them in one trip, it gets much easier after they become unaggressive to you, then you don't have to hug anymore.
Clay_More12
Also a little tip, to save a little food for yourself, use the prayer "Protect From Melee" so they can hardly hit you, because onxe you're in there, your prayer downs down quite fast. Zachneap
In general just make sure they don't pile you. Bring standard slayer gear as others have said. and don't be afraid to bring food. They drop some charms and a few alchables.
