Never seen it so does it have to do with summers end? Don't remember the symbols. Or something else? Couple pkers came so i used jens ring to tele into portal =p "also inside of the portal it is not a hotspot but still gain ep" although slower. It is the symbol of the dragonkin, as we learned at the end of the While Guthix Sleeps quest. It's theorized that the castle used to be a dragonkin fortress. The hexagonal half looks like stone of jas.Dragonkin were original brought the the world as guardians for the stoneThey have that symbol all over the place in the heir fortress in the wgs cutscene and I believe in tht desert quest where bob is robert the strong. It used to be lush and green and have a forest. and several cities, hence all the ancient teleports go there and land where the cities would of been.
