Need major help with construction!! o.O

i have been on this acc for 5+ years and well my highest stat is 82 att/str/hp and highest skill is 75 cook..

well i thought

screw this im getting a damn 99

but i dont have a good attention sp-- ooh butterflies.

so i have set a date for me to finish as March 14th, 2011.

my goal is... 99 construction! its uber fast but uber expensive

and did i mention i want it untrimmed ~.-

so i need to know the following:

 

i dont understand how oak doors are faster then larders

are sc hammers worth it

and how should i earn money without training too much stats

1) They (oak doors) are indeed worth it, because they use more planks, so less clicking.

 

2) Yes, Sc hammers have off half the money, which could be saving you up to 60m

 

3) You could try clue farming, just kill as many clue monsters like hell hounds etc for clues and dot hem, while yes you'll get a lot of junk clues you could get some rather nice ones.

 

4) Or try farming snaps\rannars\toads\avantoes

 

5) Slayer (doing clues\banking all drag bone drops etc)

and 3rdly for sc hammers how long approx will it take to get about... 10 hammers?

You get roughly 20 points per game of sc (somestimes up to 25-26 points if you're good)

Each game last for 20 mins, and a hammer is 20 points. So roughly 20 mins per hammer.

And oak doors and oak larders are the same xp per inven, it's just lardrs use 4 planks I believe, and oak doors use 8, so as I stated; less clicking.

 

And you will need a massive amount of hammers (300+) I' looking at 60 hammers for 81-90 Con, so do con is short blips so you don't go crazy from sc.

Not necessarily, as Oak Doors give you 600 xp (60xp per plank) and Oak Larders give you 480xp per plank (also 60xp per plank), it just saves time as it uses more planks at once.

I've not done oak larders in 2 years or so, so I may be wrong, but I do believe the fees would be the same. Since you pay the butler based on how many times he un notes planks for you; thus, if you have 24 free spaces, you could make 3 oak larders, or 2 oak doors. So when you get new planks, it'll be the same cost.

Since you pay the butler based on how many times he un notes planks for you; thus, if you have 24 free spaces, you could make 3 oak larders, or 2 oak doors. So when you get new planks, it'll be the same cost.

He's right, you're getting the same exp per inv using the same number of planks, you're just using them faster. You may pay the butler more often, but in the end you will pay him the same amount whether you made larders or doors. Thus the choice is obvious make dungeon doors :thumbup: .

Also Demon Butler = waste.

 

The Butler (one below demon butler) is more than fast enough to keep up with you, and costs less.
