I want to know how potion can I make if:

Number 2 is better for XP.

As for your second question, that is very hard to say.

Some pots give lots of XP but it will cost you lots to make.

1. 1k to 1.5k potions per hour

2. half of option #1

 

The potion you should make depends on how easy you make cash per hr.

if the money you can make per hour is greater than the difference between (unf) potions and herb + vial. Then let (unf) pot makers earn the cut.

 

Anyway I won't tell you which potion to make, you can figure out the cheapest by calculating the amount expensed over exp earned.

If you only add the secondary to an (unf) potion, you can make twice as many as option 2 in an hour, but the cost may be far more.

It depends on your budget depending on what potion you want to make, as the better ones will make you loss a very substantial amount of money.

 

The better option is mainly based on how much you are willing to spend. If you have limited money, definitely option #2.

You don't get xp for putting the herb in a vial, only for finishing the pot
