January 14, 201016 yr I am gaining woodcutting levels first before any other skill and was wondering which logs would sell best so I can get some easy cash? New to Runescape
January 14, 201016 yr I am gaining woodcutting levels first before any other skill and was wondering which logs would sell best so I can get some easy cash? Well for starters, oaks are used in construction. But normal logs sell really well. If you are looking for easy cash.. well woodcutting isn't so profitable as you may think ;)
January 14, 201016 yr Well for starters, oaks are used in construction. But normal logs sell really well. If you are looking for easy cash.. well woodcutting isn't so profitable as you may think ;)Woodcutting is pretty good cash, if he's F2P. If he's members, there are much better ways to gain cash, but I'd consider Woodcutting one of the better skills for f2pers. January 14, 201016 yr Author At the moment with the normal logs I am selling 10 logs/10 coins at the shop keeper but then when I get more upgraded trees/logs I will sell them at the GE. New to Runescape
January 14, 201016 yr Are you f2p or p2p? If f2p, start at oaks once you can, and if you want to make cash, cut them just southwest of Varrock, and bank and sell to GE when you have enough. Don't do willows, they're worth nothing. January 14, 201016 yr Author I am new to RS, I have only been playing half-an-hour and I am currently lvl 11 in woodcutting and then I am going to move onto logs. I am still lvl 3 lol. New to Runescape
January 14, 201016 yr You should try and sell your logs to the Grand Exchange in Varrock since you'll get more there. Move up to Oaks when you can. Willows are better experience but they're not worth much. When you get to the higher levels you'll be able to do Yews which can be quite profitable :) I edit for the [Tip.It Times]. I rarely write in [My Blog]. I am an [Ex-Moderator].
January 14, 201016 yr Author Wheres the best place to cut normal trees? I want to cut closer to the GE? I asked around and got told Draynor is cool to cut, should I try that? New to Runescape
January 15, 201016 yr Well when I was training my skiller, I always cut them at Lumby, but just cause I was too lazy to go and sell them lol. I burnt mine to get firemaking exp too (but I was a skiller, didn't need money =P) Draynor isn't a bad place to cut regular trees. Just get the best hatchet you can and keep upgrading every time you can use a new one. January 15, 201016 yr Author What is the highest amount of GP per 1 log? EDIT: Also, what are nests? New to Runescape
January 15, 201016 yr Nests are members only, so don't worry about it unless you get mems. And I'd recommend checking the GE Database accessed from the main RS page (under Game Guide), price checking yourself (shows mid price; you can check from your equipment page, click the bag of coins), or directly at the GE. January 15, 201016 yr Here is a link to the Grand Exchange prices of every type of log available to nonmembers:http://services.runescape.com/m=itemdb_rs/results.ws?query=logs&price=all&members=no Oaks have risen in price dramatically over the past few weeks and are very profitable. I recommend chopping them southwest of the Varrock west bank. It's the fastest spot. Read my blog | Follow me on Twitter | Track my XP
January 15, 201016 yr There's actually a bunch of normal trees just southwest of the Grand Exchange by Juliet's house. It's where I started Woodcutting on my numerous accounts. :) G-G-G-GoalieAnd The Tides Have TurnedDo you live? Do you die? Do you bleed? For the Fantasy?
