January 17, 201016 yr Hey, I just recently got P2P back after about a year, and though I have kept my eye on the world of Runescape, I haven't been playing much. After alittle messing around, gaining a few levels, I started to get bored of the click and wait of combat. (One of the reasons I quit a year ago.) Soon after I got P2P back I dropped by the GWD, though due to lowish levels and no knowledge of how the dungeon and bosses work, I had a little trouble. Anyway I was wondering if there were any experienced players who could possibly show me the ropes. ( Or throw a bucket of cold water in my face and tell me to start grinding before I venture into the GWD.) My current combat levels are: CB: 92Attack: 75Strength: 73Defense: 70Prayer: 44 (Almost 45)Hit points: 73Summoning: 27 (Just started) (Range and Mage could use some work.) While trying to figure it out on my own, I saw a few other people around my level, though not many. I'm not looking to make millions, but just add some flavor to the clicking. (If my levels are really way to low then if you could give me an idea as to what I should aim for.) Any comments would be great! James
January 17, 201016 yr Attack: 80Strength: 80Defense: 80Prayer: 70Hit points: 80+Summoning: 68? Idk really what familiars for Bandos I'd say get around those stats or no one will really want you for a team. And you won't last very long with your stats. Get your mage up also for defense against Steelwill. Tumblr. Follow me!
January 17, 201016 yr 69 summoning for the use of a fruit bat. Its probably the best familiar you can use for now. January 17, 201016 yr You should be fine if you go to a mass. However, I would highly reccomend getting atleast 60 prayer.
January 18, 201016 yr ( Or throw a bucket of cold water in my face and tell me to start grinding before I venture into the GWD.) *Gets bucket of water out of the fridge* :D Anyway... You should at least grind to 80 atk, str, def, and mage. Along with 70 prayer(unlock Piety), and 52 summoning. This should let you *attempt* a solo or a team. But i wouldn't expect more then 2 kills per round if you plan to solo. Tbh, i got wtfpwnt with 90-90-90-90-90s on my first solo. But don't let that discourage you, i suck to begin with. After you have done all this, you can look up a Bandos solo guide and get started... Unless you just want to kill Graardor, and not worry about drops... Then just go to a mass. I think W6 has them. Hexiled Razz. Player since March 8th, 2005.

Aim directly for 68+ if your serious about boss hunting. January 18, 201016 yr I can solo Bandos at least once, sometimes twice with GS and tort at my stats. You'd be fine in a mass, but get your stats up to around the 80's for a smaller, more efficient team. I piety the fool.
January 18, 201016 yr Author Thanks alot guys! *takes out towel* This is really helpful, I think I may go to a mass just to get a feel for the bosses and the like. Then Grind Grind Grind! Thanks again! (Watch out bunyip, I'm coming for you. ) James
