For one you didn't make the layout, number two you didn't create the picture. Number Three Plya you're an idiot for acting that way. Also this is a forum, if you made the skin yourself I would understand, but until then. There is nothing to rate but someone elses work.

Yeah, this wouldn't be classified as your website making skills. You simple took and installed a skin made by someone else. Untrained monkeys could do that. So there's really nothing to rate.
