My prayer level is actually 83, I had recently prayed at the Senntisten altar, so it appears to be 95, I don't plan on praying at all.

Should I even attempt this, or is it a tad tedious of a task?

 

 

I'll be using the chaos tunnels, using glory's to teleport to Edgevile and bank, then run back. After I've used 27 glories, I'll take them and a games necklace and go charge them at the heroes guild.

If I only take a glory, pure set, and dds, and pick up the bones every kill and then the hides, or if it drops another more valuable item, it would take me 1,096 trips.

If I use 1 dose of each potion at the start of each trip, I'd need 274 of each potion, I have plenty left over just in case.

I would get 108 - 1 uses out of my glory's each time I recharged them, -1 because I'd use a charge of one to teleport back to Edgevile after recharging them. That's 10 times I'd need to recharge them, I don't think two games necklaces is going to kill me. ;)

I don't know how many bones I can get per tort, so I'll just buy more when needed. But just for the sake of making this easy, lets say it takes 200 torts. Now let's use the average price before the slight increase in price, which is around 13.5k.

This means I'd spend 2.7m on torts.

Once again, I'm going to use the current prices on the potions, which means I'd be spending 450k and 1,920k respectively on potions.

So I'd spend around 5.1m on supplies for this task, glory's don't count as I'd sell them back after I've obtained my goal.

Let's assume I also have 23k Green d'hides after all of this is said and done, that's 39.1m profit from the hides. Take away 5.1m from the supplies, and I've made a whopping 34m while getting 95 prayer!

Just throwing in the fact that I'd be getting 300 attack exp per dragon. You can't assume I'd be killing all of them from 100% hp, as I'll be doing this in the chaos tunnels. But I will however be taking breaks and doing slayer and other tasks to keep myself sane.

So I can still use 300exp per dragon, which means I'd gain 6,900,000 attack exp, add that to my current 16,487,346 and you end with 23,387,346 exp. This puts me in the top 10k for attack exp!

 

If I've failed to add anything into this, please let me know.

Lastly... What are your thoughts? :)

i would use games necklaces to bank as its faster in my experiences that a glory, id also bring antifire pots as even with maxed stats your going to be taking a little damage from the fire.

You'd be better off doing arma GWD or something and then just buying the bones...

Unless your running 2x as fast as me, and never encounter revenants, I doubt using games necklaces is faster. Perhaps I'll use antifire potions instead of a DDS if I take more damage than I thought I would.

I only have 93 range, and a tort/titan. If I did start doing arma I'd use arma + dfs + V helm + Ranger boots, which means selling my bandos. Plus I don't have enough time to play each day to find a team, get kc, and do a full trip. I'd have to solo, in which case I hear it's not worth it.

No it doesn't? That's the right one. If you went in on the other one, you'd need to go through more portals, so you'd have a much greater chance of getting teleported somewhere you don't want to be. Even if not, what makes you think it's not the same distance as it would be on the surface? Everything is proportional.

I always thought the one by stealing creation (ie, the one on the yellow path) took you to the cave bugs room, which was one 1 teleport away from the drags chamber.

it is the one next to stealing creation, its also more effective to use the deposit box at SC and a bunyip, banking at BH every 4 loads because your out of pots.

Taking a second look at the Chaos tunnels map I realize that both entrances lead to Green dragons. Which means they look to be around the same length away from a bank, which makes me contemplate using a games necklace instead. The only things stopping me is that I'm unfamiliar with this spot, and I have a greater chance of meeting Revenants.

There's a certain level of satisfaction I'll get if I can actually complete this goal, which is why I chose to collect the bones myself in the first place. I can make more than 1M/hour at plenty of places, like TDs, mages, abby demons, solo/team sara/arma, and barrows. But like I said, I like the idea of collecting the bones myself. I will take breaks for things like this, however, and probably end up buying the bones, and getting 99 instead.

It's not practical to use sweets/titan while soloing sara, sweets are 2.5k a pop, and I'd imagine you'd use 100k+ worth per kill. You're also 99 range, I'm only 93.

With maxed melee stats, gear, and extreme potions, I plateau at about 150 green dragons per hour. Expect to spend at least 150 hours killing these, if not more.

So you make just over 1m/hour, I'd imagine I'd kill around 130/hour, which means I'd make roughly 870k per hour, which isn't that good. Maybe I would be better off soloing TDs and Sara?

I don't know, I was never that good at killing TDs. I used void/ags/broad and got like 3/4 kills a trip with a titan/rocktail. Then again, I only did like 6 trips, I'd probably learn to pay attention to their attacks after a while..?

that's slightly better gear then me, and you have higher defense+mage so assuming you use curses, id say you could probaly also get 10+ per trip once you get the method down.

 

edit: also im unsure of this, but I was informed today that handcannon beats out rcbow for soloing, I haven't tested it yet though, if you try it bring an extra cannon in invent, and use zgs for minions

I refuse to use a handcannon, simply because it breaks. I have decided to sell my bandos and buy V helm/skirt + sara d'hide body and zgs. Gonna try soloing sara/arma and tds for a few days

You can take fruit bat and stay for 30+ kills easy. Here's what you should take:

 

Gear: Nez Helm, Black D'Hide Top, Verac Skirt, Fury, D Boots, Barrows Gloves, AGS, 500 Broad Bolts, Rune C'Bow, DL, Accumulator

 

Inven: 2 Fruit Bats (+1 Bat Summoned; 75 scrolls per), 12 P Pots, Pure Sets/Ext Sets (if you want to), Sapphire Lantern, House Teli Tabs, knife, and the rest sharks.

 

Use the north safe spot and watch some people lure the demons so you get a good sense. After a while, you'll get a good sense of how the TD's change prayer and you'll barely ever take damage. At that point, you can start taking a 79 Titan instead of bat.

 

3M gp/hour if you blow beyond all proportions (within reason, of course...), and easily 5M+/hour once you get good. I use BGS, Black D'hide Top, Monk Bottoms, and 2 Unicorns, and I get over 45 kills/trip no problem. Unicorn is overkill for healing, so you'll be fine with a fruit bat/titan.

 

 

I suggest doing that instead of green dragons... Very fun, but also very click intensive. Plan on some finger cramps first 2-3 trips.

also alot of the time youll break even simply because of d boots during KC which is nice :D
