January 26, 201016 yr No one has lists of the first 100 people, especially because herblore is one of the oldest skills. Have you tried the runewiki? An achievement such as this surely would remained burned into the back of your memory. Regardless, Runewiki seems to only show the FIRST person to achieve 99 in the skill as well as having the FIRST person to reach 200M in the skill(s) Here is the link to the Herblore skill on Runescape Wikipedia.
