The Hazeel symbol isn't usefull other then during the quest itself. Most quest items are updated so you can get them back. If you do find this to be an exception, report it to Jagex. I believe they are looking for hints like this. Not many miss the symbol as well.. it makes you look like a .. G-UNIT!!!!!!!!!!
