February 6, 201016 yr I think people need to realise that the ROW effects items like D med, D spears, and D Squares. Now, if we look at the prices of these items now, we would laugh at the idea of wearing a ring to slightly increase the chances of these items, because they aren't worth it. But people need to realise that when the ROW was made, these items ranged anywhere from 1m-4m. Does anyone else remember when the D med was 1m? The d Square was 3m? Back when the Ring was made, increasing the chances of such items was a good thing. Also note that back then, we didn't have any alternate rings like Warrior or Beserker rings to help is kill faster. People look at the prices now, and the other rings we have now, and just assume the ring is, and always was, a useless piece of junk.
