Does the berserker necklace stack with the slayer helm? Berserker necklace DOES stack. Slayer Helm is better than the salve (e) at places like abberant spectres, but for armoured zombies, hmm. I'm not sure whether Slayer Helm + Fury beats about Neitiz + Salve (e). ~It's Super Effective!
