Do not take ava's accumulator to face nomad. If you die, you lose it and have to pay ava 999 bucks to get it back.

I would have to agree with the second post...if you're fighting Nomad, presumably you're able to spend the 1k for the bonus it gives. If not, you're probably not advanced enough to take him on. However, since he's so likely to kill the player (and this is arguably the toughest boss monster to date) perhaps a mention of the recommended gear set-up and the "keepable" items on death wouldn't be out of line.

 

My guess is that a player made guide has a strategy that includes such a list of items already...

I'd have to agree as well. To fight Nomad, you have to spend the money to get potions and food for each trip. What's another 1k and 75 arrows, really? In the long run, nothing.
