Sportz
Simple questions, really, what's the more efficient ways to train Crafting and Smithing? Using SC Hammers/Needles For Crafting, is it more efficient to make the BEST color d'hide bodies I can, once I get to those levels? Or should I stick with a certain color? For Smithing, is it more efficient to make addy bolts than anything else? lITimelI
What i did is bought Gold Ore and smelted into bars and then used the bars to make Gold Ammys. Ammys arent the best crafting exp but i did that so i could then string them using String Jewellery :P

Ammys arent the best crafting exp but i did that so i could then string them using String Jewellery :P Can't say this is the best way to do it, but it's an interesting and very convenient way. ~It's Super Effective! Sportz
lol I'm gonna do SC method so I don't die of boredom =P And I did that but made them into gold rings, it wasn't the fastest method ever lol... so I didn't finish =P July 28, 2009 - 9817 to 99 HunterMarch 14, 2010 - 27,605 to 99 FishingJune 26, 2010 - 2000 Total Levels ReachedAugust 19, 2011 - 26,541 to 99 MiningMarch 29,2012 - 2200 Total Levels ReachedMarch 27, 2013 - All skills 85+
Sportz
Crafting I answered my own question. It takes 1226 gp to make a green d'hide body (assuming you buy all 3 d'leather at mid price and sell the body back at mid price) while it takes 1531 to do the same for black. 99 crafting would be 45.8m for black d'hide, while it would be 41.5m for green d'hide. So I'll do green d'hide for my crafting training. So just smithing really: is addy bolts the best method to train? Zaaps1
Addy bolts is really cheap, but by no means the fastest reasonable xp. Platebodies accomplish that. ~It's Super Effective! Umoria
For crafting: green hides with SC needles. For smithing: addy bolts are not the best, but is cheap. They sell instant, and by using SC hammers, you double exp. "We had gay burglars the other night. They broke in and rearranged the furniture." jimv
The absolute most cost effective way to train crafting or smithing is: Mine your own gold ores then smelt them into bars while wearing the goldsmithing gloves. Then you can either craft gold jewelery or gem jewelery using the gems you got while mining. When you run out of gemss make a feww hundred gold rings snd then use them to make Magpie pouches. Use the magpies whenever you can and get the gems from them for more crafting. Alching the jewelery made from the above will more than cover the cost of the shards used to make the Magpie pouches. Total cost = ZERO. You get: mining xp, smithing xp, crafting xp, summoning xp and magic xp P.S. You also get more mining xp and runecrafting xp if you mine the ess and make your own runes for the alching.
Ezkaton
Addy Bolts till you can do tips then do tips till 88 then plates...... That's the cheapest method so far (excluding the plate part) Reacting impulsively and saying what's on your mind feels oh so good.. for a little, until you realize you just started WWIII.2672nd person to reach 2496 total. Thanks to Wicked for the awesome siggy :D
