20M = How much Herb exp?

Current herblore level: 60.

Want to get as close to extreme as I can get.

 

 

Just got a bandos hilt after 1 week of bandos'ing, so I want to blow 20m of it on herblore, as boss hunting is the only part of the game I really enjoy now. Also extreme will help me boss hunt, which will help fund 95 pray.

 

 

So whats the best way to spend this 20m? I plan on buying herbs and seconds, but I can't see whats the cheapest way, as prices are insane now ;/ ;/

I don't mind trainning with something expensive to start with, until I can make something that is the cheapest way.

20000000gp/22.3gp/exp = ~900k exp, give or take.

 

If you want the gp/exp, use the following formula:

((([herb]+[second]+[vial of water)-[finished potion])/[experience the completed potion gives])

 

You can then multiple it by the amount of experience you wish to reach, or divide it into the amount of money you are willing to spend.

 

You could get farther by collecting the seconds yourself, but I still doubt that you could reach 96 with 20M (buying either seconds or herbs).

Only if you buy the ingredients yourself. You can always farm snapdragons for herblore experience and profit (should your harvest be greater than 30 herbs you pull a profit, even by making super restores). It's a bit slower, but I got 72-78 in about a week through farming.

 

When weapon poison was being manipulated, I would collect the blue dragon scales to lower the price to about 8gp/exp.

Dump your 22mil on this and then take your 22mil and dump it on this again and again and again. Slowly over about a month i think you could reach your goal. And after that month you will still have 22mil plus a bunch of herb xp.

I just blew 100m getting 65-87 herby (I plan on getting 89 but I have potted and made 150 extremes and gonna boss hunt :D) so you wold need a bit more money for extremes the whole time I was making ranarrs pots (unf) to prayer potions. Well not the whole time I sped it up with making a few of the new potions but about 7/8ths was all p pots.

 

I would reccomend if your going to get extremes get well over what you need more then so you acually have weapons and armour to use with them. I made sure to keep my bgs to get rid of junk from borrowing an ags for sara, full veracs, whip and other combat essentials.

Since you're not too rich, I suggest just trying to clean high level herbs with mouse keys. It's a decent rate of exp (like over 90k/hour with dwarf weeds), and you can always switch off to normal pots after you have enough money. There's really no cheap way to train herblore without developing massive carpal tunnel.
