Another method is to just go to RSOF under the Events forums, there's always Open Houses listed there.

I am getting 95 Prayer at the moment, give me a pm and you can use my house.

[updated System] though it doesn't appear to be used much anymore, you could still bump it up with a request.. though I'm sure you'd be more successful on the RSOF.
