I have been using Chaldear for slayer for a while. I have used Duradel for my 10th tasks though. I hated him after getting an iron dragon task that took 3 hours without points to cancel. I have heard it is better to use Duradel for slayer xp + charms. I am willing to give it a shot again. I am wondering the best way to get to him. Usually I teleport to Ardy then take the ship, then the cart. This is a little time consuming. Are there any better options?

house portal @ brimhaven is slightly faster than ardougne teleport -> boat -> cart

 

otherwise karamja gloves(3) are the best way there

Karamja glvoes 3 teleport you right to Shilo Village

Gnome Glider on karamja is a short run away.

Charter ship to the ship ayrd is bit further than glider

Graahk teleport is round the corner but takes a while

Brimahevn house or spirit tree patch + cart is good too

NPC contact works best I feel, so I would switch to lunars as it saves time traveling to and from Shilo. If that is not an option for you, you will have to get Karamja Gloves 3 which provide the closest teleport to Duradel.

Ok, thanks for the replies so quickly. I haven't done Lunar Diplomacy yet, (I know lame). And I haven't gotten Karamja gloves either. Stick with Zanaris? Or is Lunar Diplomacy something I just need to get done?

Its not something you absolutly need to get done, But is very helpful in day to day runescaping. In this case, Can contact Slayer masters quickly.

Tele tabs only cover a select few teleports

 

trollheim, ape atoll and all the ancient ones are not avaible as tabs

Astral tabs solve the need for that I think, and they arent paticularly hard to get either.

But if ur teleporting to change spellbook so you can teleport elsewhere, wuldnt it then be more efficient to jsut teleport to the slayer master?

Astral tabs drop you off right in front of the altar, but I suppose you are right. Using lunars at his magic level simply isnt feasible.
