I use it when I slay Bork. After I defeat the little bugger, take loot and tele to monastery to top u prayer. Then go my merry way. Other data was removed when acoount got hacked... This way, you can restore your prayer, offer the big bones on your altar for increase xp, and use your portals/glory to get a free teleport to a bank. Plus if you used summoning during the fight, you can restore that too. Plus you can check if a star is coming, repair barrows, etc. ~It's Super Effective! Tele to the monastery is unlimited. :-) It's what I use. To the OP: you could use Ardy monastery for prayer recharge and then Slayer ring to Relleka caves-->Fairy rings. Ypu monstary teleports are infinite But farm patch tele is infinite too if u do the elite bitnice to know. never really tried it more than once to the monastery.
