But maybe not so much heavy bass in those. Tiesto to gigi D'agostino, groove coverage to Darude, Dj's abound, imogen Heap to Paul Oakenfold, Barthezz to Calvin Harris, Ian van Dahl to Benny Benassi. vital questions: lyrics or not? progressive or repetition? up-beat? To go clubbing, or to go partying (huge difference :P)? More house or more dance? More 90s or more 2007+ Britain? Remixes or originals? Do you want artists, or individual songs? He has hundreds of songs out, and is in my opinion the most epic, and influential trance/house artist out there. If he's not heavy enough for you, and you're more into the specific "drum and bass" genre (I'm talking the british clubbing veriety mainly) I'd definately check out "Genesis" by Justice, and their work. That's some amazing stuff, and most of Barthezz' work. something like "infected" or "hard house" by him. Those are also epic songs. If any of these aren't quite what you're looking for, well, I can only add so much vids to my post:P Got a lot more genres^^I can easily argue that your Hardtechno song was "dance" and your Fidget house was "progressive Eurodance" there are so rediculously many sub-genres that overlap to some extent, are used interchangably, so many artists that do many or all the genres you list, and so many electronica/techno enthusiasts that go on a song by song basis of what they like (cause there are so many mixes, remixes, genres, styles and songs to choose from). Labling a specific genre as "techno" , trying thus to eliminate "trance" would be like splitting a wig into thin and thick hairs... what matters is good music that have similar qualities. "sandstorm" by Darude is an epic to include, "operation blade" by Public domain is epic, "Trance will never die" by Angel beats is harder, bordering more on Dance in its use of spoken lyrics.
