Skeptical Posted March 22, 2010 Share Posted March 22, 2010 I would like to point out to several posters that a healthy diet it about far more than staying "thin." I'm not sure what you're inferring here. I have heard fat called "unhealthy," have heard noodles.... yes, noodles, being offered as a diet, and exercise being included in the evaluation of the health of a personal diet. "Those who give up their liberty for more security neither deserve liberty nor security." Support transparency... and by extension, freedom and democracy.
