March 14, 201016 yr Well I keep seeing people with low 90's herblore and they have like 300 overloads. Do they really use the stew to make all this? (seems so boring to collect it)Another question is how does darklight affect corp beast? I never got why it's so "useful" thereThanks ahead of time
March 14, 201016 yr I would assume people use darklight there for its special, it reduces attack strength and most importantly defence if it hits making it easier to hit the beast. As for the low 90's with 300 overloads, correct me if i am wrong but They would have to use stew in order to boost for it. I do not think there is any other way to boost to 96 herblore from 93 and below. after 94 you can use a mature drink (which the name escapes me) in order to boost by 2. Edit: mature greenmans ale boosts herblore by 2. Questcape first achieved: Sept 20, 200999 agility march 11th 201099 Magic - some point in 2012

The only way to make Overloads/ Extremes without the exact level would be to use a Mature Greenmans Ale or Stews because they are both Untradeable and Unassistable.
March 14, 201016 yr I stewed about 160 (4) overloads from 92 herblore, took 90 (4) brown spices (which I had anyway because of something stupid) that take about 2 hours to obtain normally. About 1 hour used to make them, so basically you can make 50 overloads/hr stewing +4. Not that bad if you're not going to nolife monster hunt or something and use a massive load of overloads.
March 14, 201016 yr It's not that hard to stew overloads, if you abuse a little secret. Just stew til 96, make 2 invents, log out, log back in, and make another 2 invents and keep on repeating. You only need to get to 96 one time. I made 60 of them this way before a stupid random took me away <_<
March 14, 201016 yr I would assume people use darklight there for its special, it reduces attack strength and most importantly defence if it hits making it easier to hit the beast. To be more specific, each spec lowers its defence by 5%, meaning that two specs lowers its defence to 90.25% (assuming that it reduces defence by 5% of the current level, which I think is fair). It's not huge like SWH would be, but it's a lot cheaper. If you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.
