Just wondering if there was something else I needed to get across the bridge. I've slipped 6 times so far and haven't even gotten to the gate yet. Sorry if this has been asked before, but I could not find it with the search button.

Higher agility or keep trying.

It seems to work better with 1 step at a time.

This quest gets quite annoying, and 7 attempts isn't much, be prepared to fall quite a bit more before you actually make it.

As with a lot of things in Runescape patience is the only answer, agility probably helps, but it's possible to do without huge levels.

The best I can suggest is try walking one step at a time. You'll eventually make it.

I tried for hours to get through that part. Not long after I was done (can't remember if it was the next day, or next week) they made it easier to get across.

 

But anyways, just keep on trying. It's all about chance.

I second that. Take it one step at a time, also, you are supposed to be "less likely" to fall every time you do fall, because you get to know the terrain better or something. But yeah, 7 is nothing,

I kept trying that thing for hours on end on release date, then a friend told me to "take baby steps." I attempted to cross the bridge 1 step at a time and made it on my third try.
