Farthest range attack

What item/bow/thing/spell/anything has the absolute farthest attack-able distance in Runescape? I am asking, "thing" can be cast/thrown/projected the farthest to hit an npc and make it see me?

Crystal bow on any setting

Any Magic Spell.

Karils Cross on long-range.

Hand-cannon, not sure what setting.

Longbow/Composite bows on longrange.

 

These are all equal in terms of distance

I am pretty sure that longbows on any setting have the same range. Dark bows are the same as crystal. I am pretty sure rune crossbow on longrange also has maximum range.

Yeah longbows on longrange can reach the max too. Rune crossbows on longrange can reach 9 square distance, so that's 1 square short of being the max.

The Crystal bow has the second longest firing distance of all ranged weapons and is only beaten by the Dark bow.
