If all runes gained from rcing and drops are multiplied by 5x, and all current runes in everyone's bank is multiplied by 5x, magic will be as cheap as melee. 1k a cast for fire surge is ridiculous. 200gp per cast is about the same as using diamond bolts ranging. Its unclear the elasticity in demand of runes, i.e. how flat the curve in demand is.
