Very definitely. I'm using SC hammers to 99 and it's the difference between 106,000 or 212,000 oak planks. If you play the game on world 99, the games are non-combat and last approximately 13 minutes each. It's well worth it in my opinion. Good luck with your Construction!! :)

Here are some calculations:

 

SC Hammers give a bonus 25125 XP. If you're doing larders, that's around 418 planks, which are worth 230k.

 

Games take around 12-15 minutes on a non-combat world, so that's 4-5 games an hour. So SC hammers save you around 920k-1115k an hour.

You also save time doing construction itself, so they'll be saving you even more than 1m/hour as you stated.

Definately worth every second of it. Never train construction without those sc hammers.
