Does evil stew - combat one ( its red isnt it ? ) - can boost summon and let acomplish achivment quicker ? Or i`ll be forced to grind 93 summoning ? :/

I don't believe it does, as far as I'm aware, I'm not sure anything boosts your summoning level.

I'm unsure if it gives a boost, but I doubt you'd be able to summon something new in the same way having 95/90 prayer from an ancient mace spec wouldn't allow you to use turmoil.

No for summoning but smith boost works

Ow, thats not good. Thanks for help anyway. Oh and by the way stew can give max boost of +6. So as you said 85 smith will be enough ? Last question, does W116 is still most recomended serwer to get Manta Ray in mini-game Fishing Traveler ?

You won't be able to get +6, or at least it is very unlikely. I would definitely suggest 87, at the very least.

You don't have to go on a specific world to play the trawler mini game. You can play the game yourself, which is what I did to finish the ardy elite diary.

What if someone took a pouch above their level in to While Guthix Sleeps, where your stats get boosted to like 255 or something? I didn't think to try it when I was doing the quest, but does it work? Would someone be able to take that familiar somewhere else afterward? That's the only summoning boost that I know of besides the cape itself, which would be no help to you...

 

I also recommend 87 Smithing for the runite limbs. +4 is a million times easier than +6 with stew.

No that won't work either. Summoning is like Prayer, you need the base level to be able to summon the familiar/use the prayer. Same for most things. You can't boost your attack or defense to use higher level armors.
