At Lumbridge castle i noticed this:

 

There is no statue on the left plinth. Was there not a statue there?

if you want to see the garden its in the varrock castle south east of the yews

Yeah, I agree, why haven't they made a replacement for the statues?

Small chance of something behind why it has not been replaced. Perhaps a new king, and the old king/duke got killed by H.A.M?

Do you think perhaps they leave the plinth standing as a sign that we did the quest for our own personal account or because Lumbridge is so poor they can't afford another statue. I would say they could possibly give us a quest in rebuilding a statue but I fear that has already been done with a shorter race.... :P
