No, I'd still say Slayer is the slowest skill, once you get to a higher-level in Dungeoneering it's bound to be much faster.

 

Slayer can not possibly be the slowest. If you really set your heart to slaying quickly, 40k+ per hour rates are easily manageable. Runecrafting, for one, is certainly slower (I've heard Ourania only goes up to 25k-30k per hour).

I've personally received 50k xp/hour @ ourania, granted i have lvl 90 RC

i've heard of people going up to 55k

althought xp rates below

 

dungeoneering and slayer are good to compare, since both train other stats.

But so far it looks like dungeoneering is gonna be worse than slayer
