I'm in the process of gathering charms for 96 summoning, and I want to calc out how much it will cost me. To do that, I need to know what is the best thing to make..Just tell me if this is economically smart..

 

Golds - Barker Toads

Greens - Unicorns

Crimson - Swamp Toad

Blues - Geyser Titan (not sure about this one, seems expensive...)

First 2 are great, you can either do the Swamp Titans or do Granite Lobsters for your crimsons (depends on how much you want to spend). And if you don't want to make geyser titans you can make moss titans instead, but you won't get as much exp. While i was making my pouches, it seemed like making titan con scrolls was more profit then making just the regular moss titan pouches. I think the same applied to making healing aura scrolls instead of uni pouches.

This will help you will all the shard and charm costs but for the prices of the seconds, for those look them up here or here. Then you use a handy dandy calculator and find the difference in exp between making the pouches you are torn between making, then find the difference in price, then decide if the extra experience is worth the price to you personally.

 

When using the summoning planner add the things you are sure you will make, the unicorns and toads, then play around with combination's of ways to spend the blues and crimsons.

Plug in your charm numbers and starting xp, sort out pouch exclusions (I personally just hit the 4 buttons of common dislikes)

Hit the button and it will tell you exactly what to make with each charm to maximise your xp

If gayser titans seems expensive use lava ones, second is for free but need to fight lots of mmm tz-something-from-volcano ( cant spell sorry). Anyway for best score use best pounches u can make, i dont think what is so hard - if gathering seconds - simply buy them :P

Ahh yeah, Lava Titans were something like 4 gp/exp when i was making them, but you need the Obsidian charms from the Tzhaar denizens.

 

But making the best pouch you can isn't always the best, the artic bears are the highest gold charm but cost quite a bit to make compared to barker toads.

I would recommend lava titans, especially since they're very useful for KBD soloing; if you get the occasional TzHaar task you should have no problem getting enough charms and camping them is pretty decent exp and profit. I think Kent did some calculations and said geysers were only worth making if you make over 1.5mil/hr.

Can get about 200 obsidian charms/h.

 

Making 1k geyser titans would get you 783.2k xp, cost you 8119k, and take 15 minutes to make

Making 1k lava titans would get you 730.4k xp, cost you 1625k, take 15 minutes to make, and 5 hours to gather charms.

 

To make up the 52.8k xp, you'd have to gather another 141 crimsons, which would take around an hour. 141 Swamp titans would cost you 304k and take 2 minutes to make. So your options really are:

 

Geysers: 8119k gp, 15 minutes

Lava + Swamp: 1929k gp, 6 hours and 17 minutes

 

At the cost of 6.03 hours, you save 6190k gp. If you make more than 1025k/h, geysers are better.
