All_Is_Great
Hey, as many of you know, stealing creation has 2 different teams. Jagex tries to make it balanced by having a system that counts total levels and combat levels, if your levels make it unfair, then you won't be able to join that team. Instead, you get a message "that team is too strong for you to join at the moment." So, sounds good, right? Guess again! One team ALWAYS, ALWAYS has the 130+s! How's that possible? I've noticed they click the "stile" at the same time and they all get in. This even make some people on the other team leave before the game even starts! What ends up happening is the levels are messed up, the other team has twice as many levels as the team I'm on. And during the game, the 130s start dominating, getting to our base and setting up barriers usually within the first 5 minutes, then starts to slaughter us with ice barrage/c5 daggers. What's worse is theres always the couple level 80s-100s who tag along, and start spewing insults like there's no tomorrow. I mean, they aren't even the ones doing the work! This usually doesn't bother me, since I can easily get 20k pts sometimes even 36k and 50k before we really get trapped in our base, and by then, I usually just chill inside and mind my own business. But the way this game is going really bothers me. I just want it to be balanced, have some 130s, some 100-s on each team, so it's a fair fight. Right now it's like a gang beating up a handicapped kid, honestly. Oh and I know about non-cb clans, I do that sometimes, but it gets boring really fast. END RANT. Saunamajuri
Would be good if there would be also one waiting area where, after getting enough people, teams would be formed based on the levels fairly. But, I usually just make the gathering tools and familiar. Then I venture to the corner with no base and gather there. Usually no-one comes there. Sometimes someone does come, but then I run into a fog and pickpocket them. Lots of fun if they are mages. "An Amateur practices until he can get it right. A Professional practices until he can't get it wrong." Quests just keep bringing me back to this game.
The_Fray
I disagree with the idea of randomly assigned teams, part of SC is playing with a friend or a few friends. Yes stacking occurs in SC but which activity does not face this problem?

Trouble Brewing ,to an extent, and Barbarian Assault to name two.Barbarian Assault is PvM minigame, so I don't see what you are trying to bring up with this. Trouble Brewing, I have not yet visited very often, but in my time there, yes it wasn't stacked but it was fairly empty as well. Looking at the team based PvP minigames: Soul Wars is dominated by clans. Castle Wars also faces a few problems with stacking. Great Orb Project rarely has a fair match-up, one team will usually always dominate. If you want you can throw in Clan Wars with that as well. Again you can easily conquer these stacked match-ups in SC by skilling in corners of the maps and by staying off from the c5s unless you know someone wont be there for a while. Remember while these people are basing your team, all the resources closer to their base are often wide open or unchallenged because most of the higher leveled players are pking. Just saying that if you play it right you can beat a stacked team in SC fairly easily.
Zaaps1
Because 2 low levels equal roughly 1 high level in terms of combat level. Thus if all the high levels were to conspire to be together, it wouldn't be too difficult. ~It's Super Effective! I think it would be better if it would be players vs. players instead of total combat and skill vs. total combat and skill. Zephy
You underestimate what supposedly weaker players can do. A lot of lower and middle level players will throw themselves one by one at the opponent's strongest fighter. Well, yes, then you're gonna lose. But if they so much as organized a three or four person party in their base, they'd be good to go. Disclaimer: The above is probably inaccurate.
