So I'm taking a break from rs, but would still like to make some cash. I've got 57m, and want to know about how much I'll pull in per day flipping rune sets (buying components 500 gp below mid, selling 500 above).

 

Is there any other ideas for merching/flipping things? Preferably f2p, got about a month of mems left to work with.

You should be able to for sure everyday 1-2% of your total cash. I make 3% and I put zero research into it. When you research 4-6% is not unheard of.

The best way i found to make cash is making pie crusts. They make lots of profit seeing as how cheap the things needed for them are

I'm just looking for something I can just invest half an hour a day into, hence why I'm looking at flipping/merching.

 

I'm quite content with my money-makers for when I'm activly playing.

Is rune flipping the way to go then?

Why not buy trimmed armour peices and make box sets then sell for slightly higher? like 20-25K higher

Umm.. i strongly beg to differ, i do 4 hour flips and most of the time get 75-100k margins off barrows, usually more depending what item i'm doing.

Oh, really? I used to hold 60+ of each type of barrows, having 200-250 in total, they used to sell well, but not so much just before I stopped flipping in December. I don't have the money to do that anymore, but I have tried flipping again and it didnt turn out so great (now more of a 3-4% margin, instead of the daily 8% margin)

 

I did day flips though, not every 4h (Had a 300m cashpile to mess with)

I have a 450m cashpile to mess with, and for example yesterday overnight i tripled up on 2 barrow sets, today i sold those for 200/220k margins which made over 12m overnight, so barrows are great.

I just log on for about 30 minutes and manage 1M a day, that too being stuck in F2P.

 

With your cash pile and subscription you could manage 5M-10M a day on the side in addition to whatever you it is you do to make money.

 

Of course you hardly need the money. :blink:
