Mining for profit and xp

Today I managed to gather enough money for a dragon pickaxe (Thanks mtk for clue :thumbup: ), and decided to start some heavy mining training.

Now, what I want to know is what is the best way to train mining that gives the best xp and money for lvl 66 mining? Also, training methods for future levels are welcome.

For money AND xp you basically want to do the following:

Power mine coal and/or gold until you can do concentrated coal.

Concentrated coal til u can do the gold

Then concentrated gold til 99

Keldagrim is good, either the rock from Between a rock quest or north after the chaos dwarf quest.

If you use the rock place you can run east a bit with ring of charos to bank 24 out of 27 gold, he keeps 3.

So basically gold untill I can mine concentrated mines. Roger that, and thanks. Other methods still welcome.

Make sure to do stars, can really boost your exp/hour. Too bad after the first one they only give exp and not rewards. Also, if you get bored remember you can charge your BA horn and amke some SC pickaxes to boost your exp for a bit.

Shilo gem rocks are actually a decent way of making money/exp as well. (though its more for the money)

If you have the shilo gloves 3 its even better.

 

I dont have the shilo gloves (im level 10 XD), and I made a couple mil going 61-64 there, and I plan on doing more after 99 wc.

I see. This would be good with gem bag (which I have)

 

And I do happen to have fully charged master horn :thumbsup: .

Yes, the gem rocks are very nice, they totally slipped my mind.

 

Honestly, do the stars. They are very, nice. A good CC to get calls from is "star find". They will boost your exp/h and profit/h.

EDIT: looking at your mining level your better off power mining iron for a few levels before mining coal

Coal + Coalbag

then concentrated coal + coalbag
