Neohero1972
Hi I have planted a Jade Vine a few time in order to slay it to complete a hard task in my Ardougne Achievement Diary, however, i can't prune the Jade Vine in order for it to grow wild - maybe i'm blessed with exceptionally "green fingers", because the Jade Vine grows happily to its fully grown state and here my only option is to check its health ! I have read the small Jade Vine Guide, but it still left me pretty clueless ! Could anyone please help me out on this one ? Thank you in advance. D Jay99
Check health, after a while it will go wild. Don't prune or it wont go wild.
Sy_Accursed
D Jay covered it: Jade Vine grows to health check, post health check it grows to prune. If pruned it goes bk to grow to be pruned again, if left unpruned it goes wild Operation Gold Sparkles :: Chompy Kills :: Full Profound :: Champions :: Barbarian Notes :: Champions Tackle Box :: MA RewardsDragonkin Journals :: Ports Stories :: Elder Chronicles :: Boss Slayer :: Penance King :: Kal'gerion Titles :: Gold Statue
Neohero1972
Hi I'm a little confused here ! If i prune it once and leave it for a while, will it grow wild then ? Adventurer's Log for Neohero1972
parthenorius
You shouldnt prune it at all.I think it takes around 7 hours to grow, and 7 hours to grow wild after you check its health.
Neohero1972
Okay, then i'll just have to remove the one i have right now and plant a new Jade Vine (and remember to only check its health) EDIT After i pruned it and left it to grow, it grew wild anyway, so there is no need to re-plant a new one ! Bxpprod
Don't prune it. DO NOT. Check health and then leave it until it grows wild. [bleep] OFF HOW ARE U SO [bleep]ING LUCKY U PIECE OF [bleep]ING SHIT [bleep] [bleep] [wagon] MUNCHER
Sy_Accursed
To clarify this issue: Freshly planted it takes around 7 - 8 hours to reach Health Check. From Health Check it takes about 4 or 5 hours to reach PruningIf Pruned it resets back to just after Health CheckFrom Health Check it takes 7 - 8 hours to go wild. Therefore if you do prune it it will be pruneable again in 4 - 5 hours, however if u continually prune it will not got wild.If you have pruned it, or jsut health checked it, and leave it for 7 - 8 hours completely ignoring the option to prune it it goes to wild. Kidd_Varrow
In my experience it takes more like 12 hours to grow until you can check it's health. Then, once you do that, it takes 3-4 hours for it to go wild if you don't prune it.

I'm not paying him. It hardly ever gets diseased anyway so I can't be bothered to pay the guy. Yet, the times when I don't get around to killing and replanting the vine until just before I go to bed, when I get up in the morning it hasn't fully grown yet and takes a couple more hours before I can check its health.
