The four blank areas near the formal garden are debatable. I know for sure 2 of them will be mengeraries, what else should there be?

What are you going to use your house for?

 

For prayer: Chapel right next to your portal, then glory right next to it.

 

For slayer: Chapel right next to your portal, then glory next to it. Surround portal with menagerie (for summoning restore) and 2 portal chambers.

 

For tabs: Study right next to your portal, with a dining room nearby to easily call the servant.

 

For a telescope: Study right next to your portal, with nothing blocking the side the telescope will be on.

 

In either case, the throne room, workshop, kitchen, combat room, costume room, skill hall, and bedrooms have low priority. If you plan on using tea, build 2 kitchens so that one can be used for training.

 

In most cases, your current plan is not desirable.

For ideal usage of everything you should attach meangrie, chapel, study and quest hall (mounted glory)

Then coming off of these place 2 portal chambers and possibly a costume room.

I plan on using my house for generally everything, but mostly slayer, boss hunting and just random stuff. My home-teleport is in the left formal garden, next to altar and near portals.

The design is indeed different, but it could be more practical if you moved the other portal room closer, and add a study closer too.

One suggestion on your dungeon, why do you have 2 chapels down there? You could remove them and make a 3x3 dungeon between the stairs and treasure room.

I'm thinking of not having them, and then when I need to level up con, just build 2 random bedrooms and then remove then when I am done.

I have a lot of house parties, and it looks nice.

I have designed my house for the easiest access to the most important parts of the house. Primarily, i use my house for prayer, summ point restore, and my portal chamber. The next priority is my study (both demon and eagle), and then my quest hall for glory. I didnt bother showing my dungeon or upper level, but i truly do like the way the ground floor is laid out. I dont find having a mounted glory in the boonies an issue at all: I seldom use it. I generally just fill up my prayer and go through my canifs portal if i dont have a convenience teleport. The canifs bank is very close to the teleport spot.
