tedbundty
Myself and 4 other people need to be able to communicate with each other like a CC but, the problem is, we're never on at the same time. So we need an off-runescape group-chat type thing that would be private to the five of us and that would save all our messages. Does anybody know what would be the best thing for this? ................................[Currently Have - 1300M].........................................................My Beginner's Merchanting Guide - My Youtube Channel - My Twitter

tedbundty
Skype is a really good one to use. Would we have to always stay logged into that, though? I was hoping for something that we could just go to a site and see everybody's messages since we last were on. ................................[Currently Have - 1300M].........................................................My Beginner's Merchanting Guide - My Youtube Channel - My Twitter
knight10071
If you're willing to try new things, Google wave: http://wave.google.com and for basic explanations. It's still in preview though and you need to request an account, which can take up to 36 hours, but it works awesomely for multi-person convo's, both in real-time and forum-like. That sounds pretty cool. I'm now wishing that I had a use for it. "Those who give up their liberty for more security neither deserve liberty nor security." knight10071
It is cool :P I constantly use it for colloborative school assignments and we also set up a system where we collect all questions on subjects (mainly math) and answer them, so that everyone can see it.
