Aprox. how much time does it get to charge the horn to 100% ?

That depends on the team you get. I know the Master horn takes 10 full games to get charged to 100%. And that's 10 full games (wave 1 through queen).

Time is very much dependant on the team. a full wave can take anything from 25 to 50 minutes.
