July 4, 201016 yr Here's the deal. I have about 15M of herbs I collected from MTK sitting in my bank. At some point I want to train my current pathetic herblore level to at least extremes. I was keeping the herbs in hope for another bonus xp weekend announcement and a crazy rise in the price at when I would sell them. Should I sell the herbs now, keep them in hopes of another xp weekend, or use the herbs for training my herblore. I have about 40M cash sitting in my bank doing nothing that I would be willing to use to buy more herbs if that is a good idea. Part two: I haven't collected my MTK in about 2-3 months. If herblore is a good idea I will do 10 workers on that and 5 on whatever makes the most money. If not herblore for training, what is the best things to put the workers on atm for the most profit? Thanks on any help answering this complicated question.

July 4, 201016 yr sell the herbs and buy the best gp/xp with reasonable speed. /hypocriteThis exactly. You will end up spending more or losing efficiency if you use all those herbs.
July 4, 201016 yr Author So you don't think that another xp weekend is coming soon? Did jagex even say that there would be another xp weekend?
July 4, 201016 yr they did say if it was successful there will be another bonus weekend, and i think they said the weekend was successful.
July 4, 201016 yr Jagex did say that another bonus xp weekend is planned, there just not telling us when. I'll see if I can find the post somewhere. - 86,939th to 99 Woodcutting on July 10, 2010 (CHOPPED EUCALYPTUS TREES) - Achieved 99 Fletching on November 23, 2010 - Achieved 99 Fishing on November 2, 2011 - Achieved 99 Cooking on November 7, 2011
July 4, 201016 yr I would be surprised if it worked the same way as last time though. There was so much controversy over the last one that I bet there will be some sort of cap or at least measures taken against leveling the "buyable" or "hoardable" skills. When that's announced, I think the herb prices will drop, because so many people (i. e. you) have been holding onto their herbs in the hopes of another bonus exp weekend and a spike in prices. Then again, I'm almost always wrong about these things, but personally I would sell the herbs and go with the best xp/gp.
July 5, 201016 yr Author Interesting. The prices right now just seem a little low atm. I don't honestly see how a bonus xp weekend could make the prices go down. Surely the demand will be greater than the supply? Or are that many people really saving their herbs?
July 5, 201016 yr During a bonus xp weekend the demand WILL be higher than supply and prices should spike. Do what Aeil said. PM me for fitocracy invite

Surely the demand will be greater than the supply? Or are that many people really saving their herbs? It's not that I think there will be that many people dumping herbs on the market, although there will be a lot, I just think the bonus exp will work differently since so many people complained last time. I doubt it will be as effective to train herblore and thus there will be less demand.
