July 8, 201016 yr So, everyone tells me to get a godsword, so I bought one, and it sucks horribly, I'd rather use whip+def/claws. Why is godsword better than what I used before.
July 8, 201016 yr It's not, everyone who told you to do so had no idea what they were talking about. Whip + Rune Defender and Dragon Claws are superior than any Godsword at Bandos, the only exception is solo-Bandos, where you should use a shield such as a Dragonfire Shield instead of a Defender.

July 8, 201016 yr TBH in no situation is a godsword the best thing for godwars, D Claws are best spec weapon there and whip + Dfs / Defender will usually do more damage then a godsword. Maybe in a 6+ man ffa where a lucky hit secures you a drop, but even then it's debatable
