Fishing Cape <3:

Although in my opinion the Constitutuion cape looks better, Fishing is less common. In other words:

You want to look better Hp.

You want more respect Fishing.

Just my opinion though. :)

Very odd comparison. Neither is "impressive," and I don't see why it matters. That said, having 99 HP means you either have or are close to other useful 99's, and your 99 fishing won't help you in as many places as 99 HP will.

So, HP/constitution.

To put it bluntly, [bleep] off.

Errr...

People can get an hp cape eventually through normal combat training. It is possible to completely avoid fishing.

So yeah, fishing is better :)

Yes you can avoid combat too, i know.

Why ask at all? You should get a cape because you WANT to get it.

The real question is, which one do YOU like better? That's what really matters. Both are relatively common capes, so the level of respect each calls isn't as high as you might except. So it all comes down to which one you will look back at and say, "wow, I really enjoyed getting that cape".

Then, of course, there's utility. Which cape is more useful to you? Those 4 HP levels don't make much of a difference, and neither do those few fishing levels. So unless you enjoy fishing or combat enough to get that cape, do something else you enjoy more.

If you are feeling forced to make a decision to do anything, you're playing the game for the wrong reasons. Respect will always be part of it. But it should be just that. PART of it, not the crux of it.
