Very true. I'd guess this, as I don't see a reason for them to put it in game quietly, and then promptly remove it quietly.

I think it was that the bonecrusher was having an effect even if you had it in the bank.

 

 

No, it was a bug. I don't own a bonecrusher and never have, but I tested the monks the other day and got prayer exp from killing them.

 

I don't own a Bonecrusher either. ;) Well, it's patched though. So all is well in the Monastery.
