July 20, 201015 yr Watch for stuff like this. Monks now give Prayer experience when killed, and now making staffs in Dungeoneering gives Magic. From now on, if you're a pure of any kind -- I would fully research what you're going to do before you start. Complications like this could easily lead to an account being ruined.

It takes a second or two after the death for the Prayer experience to register, I'm 55 Prayer and I got experience; maybe it is for people lower than 60 or something though. Try again.

No, it was a bug. I don't own a bonecrusher and never have, but I tested the monks the other day and got prayer exp from killing them. 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving. Jagex'd out of my untrimmed hp cape on 6/14/2011.
