I was going to start my slayer task when i saw a blue arrow on my mini map, what's the meaning of it?

it for a way point, or at least i think it is. if you go to your world map you can click on the way point marker and delete it if you want. other then that idk it could be for a quest or something else that i dont know about

Yup, a waypoint marker. You must have clicked somewhere on your world map. You just click on the spot in your world map to delete it.

Try opening the map, clicking on a spot close to you, and see if the arrow comes up. if it does, click on it again and it should go away.

Er, whats this waypoint buisness?

 

If you open up your world map and click somewhere on it, a blue arrow will show up on your mini-map pointing you in that direction. It's Helpful if you're doing a clue or something.
