If you get lucky you might snipe a few from people selling them in the G.E. They're bound to rise for a while atleast if Jagex doesn't make them too common of rewards. 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving. I'd go with this ^ if I were you, but since I'm not, do what you want/like. I personally think It's good to splash out every now and then and buy some level 90+ skills that have been in the 70's for years. I did that with herblore and I've never been so happy about wasting my cash in all my life because the extreme pots I use now are so much fun :D So yeah, up to you.
