If you get lucky you might snipe a few from people selling them in the G.E. They're bound to rise for a while atleast if Jagex doesn't make them too common of rewards. 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving. Jagex'd out of my untrimmed hp cape on 6/14/2011.

I'd go with this ^ if I were you, but since I'm not, do what you want/like. I personally think It's good to splash out every now and then and buy some level 90+ skills that have been in the 70's for years. I did that with herblore and I've never been so happy about wasting my cash in all my life because the extreme pots I use now are so much fun :D So yeah, up to you. I personally would buy a nice level 90 or few, or save up for new treasure trail items.

July 25, 201015 yr Author @ triquossome skills like smithing are completely useless and just a money pit @ lowcaren't they releasing one in a month or two? I could sorta wait. You'll just find me doing slayer in that time period.
