Well I was convinced that ROW does not help on Clue Scrolls, but No 99 Melee said it actually did, so I want to ask you guys if this is true or not because I am hunting for an Elite Clue Scroll at Iron/Steel Dragons and I want to know if I should go get the ROW or not. Do not link me to the KB on the RS Homepage or anything, a simple yes/no answer to the question does it help with clue scrolls is enough.

RoW does not effect the rate of getting a scroll. It also does not effect the rewards you would get from solving the clue.

Wish it did, unfortunatly, it doesn't.. <_<
