I think Reese's Sword (not sure tough) , for exp try gaining some penguin points, as for "killable" ( xD ) NPC's, anything with like, lvl 20 or so, i dont really know :unsure:

If it wasn't for the price, yeah. Yeah, they should change the stats, not easy making them change it tough :blink: . It can be a long process, and alot of complaining in the RS Forums :twisted:
